Limitations:
Can only browse samba shares.
Buggy.
Future development:

Installation:
xbmcbrowser.ini must contain the ip address of the xbox and should be placed in the root folder of your psp.
xbmcsrv.py
smb.py
nmb.py
must be transfered to the xbox and placed in folder under the scripts folder of xbmc.
to start the browsing server at xbmc startup, create a file called autoexec.py under scripts containing this line:

Success HK have posted that the US version of World Soccer Winning Eleven 9 International, heres the info:

The first handheld iteration of Konami's top sports title, this PSP version of Winning Eleven (known as Pro Evolution Soccer in Europe) will feature the utter realism, intuitive play and fast-paced action of the ever-popular series. The handheld version will also be almost identical in terms of available clubs and international sides, with 57 national sides lining up alongside 136 club teams. The highly-competitive multi-player aspects of the game are highlighted using the hardware's wireless systems. Challenge rival players (via an ad-hoc wireless connection) to games, with all data related to match results ?goals for, goals against, wins, etc ?retained in a running tally. Solo players can also hone their skills within six different leagues and a host of cup tournaments, and the PSP game can also be linked to the PlayStation 2 version for data exchange of created teams for play on either version or for trade with friends.

Source - GTA Portable.com:
<blockquote>Something I never thought will happen with Liberty City Stories is the fan made software that now starts to pop up. As most of you know by now Edison Carter's Cheat Device enables us to do a lot more in Liberty City Stories. It later then had the ability to create your own custom cheats. The LCS CheatSync then came along that allows you to choose several cheats, made by fans, from a large database. Now someone created the LCS Object Creator.
It basicly does what its name says. You can create an object, or rather 3d model, that's already found in the games code. This allows you to build your own maps, like stunt parks, new islands or anything possible with the 3d models that's found in Liberty City Stories. The latest version is still a bit buggy, but future releases will include a map of Liberty City that will make it easy to get the coordinates of the location you want to place your objects. Examples of custom maps are for instance the Wolf Side Hill or The Cruise Ship. When you created your objest(s), you can save it to your cheats.txt file that must be uploaded in your PSPs root directory. You'll need the latest Cheat Device from Edison Carter in order for this to work.</blockquote>

Source - GTA Portable.com:
Upload New Cheats to your PSP for Grand Theft Auto Liberty city Stories to use with Edison Carters Cheat Device
<blockquote>The previous CheatSync was downloaded a few thousand times on this website that I decided to post the newest version that is way better than the one before. First of all I would call this one a very stable version. For those of you who used the previous one, would remember that some of the cheats didn't work. Well the new version has a so called traffic light system that makes it easier for people to locate the working cheats. Working cheats are marked green, those that don't are marked red, while those that are unverified are marked yellow. More information after the jump:
New Features
• Select categories from a new left hand pane.
• Traffic light system now shows working (green), not working (red) and unverified cheats (yellow).
• Bug fixed when saving to filesystem and PSP.
• Select All Green cheats (Ctrl+G), Yellow cheats (Ctrl+Y), Red cheats (Ctrl+R) and no cheats (Ctrl+U).
• Sort Order added to View menu so you can sort more easily.
• Submit links to images/vids via the New Cheat menu option using Image URL field.
• Double-click a cheat with an image/vid to view the media.
• Bug fixed to stop people including #cheat in the CODE field on the submit form.
• Teleport category added.</blockquote>

Heres the info:
It's a triangle within a circle, British Racing Green on schoolbus yellow, with a scramble of the founder's initials — Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman — above the simple, arcing letters that spell Lotus. To many of us teethed on R-compound pacifiers, the sight of this badge sets the imagination racing. It's easy to visualize a young Jim Clark wringing every last ounce of grip from a Lotus-Cortina, or Mario at the height of his Formula 1 powers with the John Player Special Lotus 79, victory wreath around his neck and spraying Moët like a firefighter. Or to remember the first time you saw a Europa or Elan on the street, and marveled at just how absolutely pocket-sized and low-slung it was.

Among the many mysteries swirling around the PS3, one that we thought was settled was the hard drive. Or rather, the lack thereof. After all, Ken Kutaragi himself confirmed all the way back in June of last year that the PS3 would ship without an internal hard drive, saying that "no matter how much [capacity] we put in it, it won't be enough." And since then, all credible reports pointed to the idea that a hard drive would be an option, not a bundled feature. However, we were struck by the statement in a BusinessWeek article about the PS3 that the console would boast "a huge hard disk to store photos, music, and TV shows." Given that the article appears to get just about everything else right, and was written by Japan-based reporter Kenji Hall -- who apparently had direct access to Sony brass -- it would seem odd for this to be simply a mistake. (And Hall seems to know his Sony history, pointing out elsewhere in the article that the failed PSX did have a hard drive). It looks like the case of the PS3 hard drive goes back into the unsolved mysteries file for now.

Update to PSP Media Player
<blockquote>Added Network Support to PMP Mod so that you can use your PSP as a streaming client. Basically all lowlevel IO calls are mapped to my network enabled io functions. I use a simple python based HTTP Server as backend. This version is in ‘Proof of concept’ state, so don’t expect eye-candy or a userfriendly interface.
You have to edit net_io.h to customize the WIFI setup. The remote server is included in the tarball and runs under Unix. The major modifications to vanilla PMP Mod are that the main threads needs to run in user land, so that i can handle network io properly.Anyway i had to switch to a different Button to exit PMP Mod, ‘Home’ doesn’t seem to work from user space. Also i added code to decide on each io operation either to use the normal file functions or the http based network functions, so both file types are support by this version.
Dont’t forget to edit pmpmod.c and enter your location of pmp movies on your remote computer. You need libcurl for psp to compile, a patch can be found at forums.ps2dev.org
I get around 500Kbytes/s network throughput,so i had no problem to stream a ripped DVD via network. So if you are watching 800kbit movies, libcurl needs around 0.18 seconds to pull the data. Since IO is done in a dedicated thread this has no impact on the decode performance. Iam not an expert in this encoding stuff, but i was really impressed how good this is working, with this dumb io-call-to-http-interface.</blockquote>

Japanese magazine Weekly Famitsu is reporting that Namco will be bringing its Tekken fighting franchise to the PSP later this year. That's all the information they, and we, have for now. Famitsu didn't mention whether it'll be a brand new game or a port of previous version, and when we asked our contacts at Namco for clarification we got a hearty "no comment until E3."
