A few months ago we posted a partial setlist from upcoming Playstation Portable rocker Rock Band Unplugged.
It looks like the official website for the game has expanded the list by a few, adding another five or so songs to the list of music coming on the game. On top of that, someone's posted what is supposed to be video captured from an early leak of the game showing the full setlist.
Here's where we stand:
1960s
The Who - Pinball Wizard
1970s
Jackson 5 - ABC
Jethro Tull - Aqualung
Boston - More Than a Feeling
Kansas - Carry on Wayward Son
Rush - The Trees (Vault Edition)
The Police - Message in a Bottle
1980s
Motorhead - Ace of Spades
Billy Idol - White Wedding
Bon Jovi - Livin' On a Prayer
Dead Kennedys - Holiday in Cambodia
Souxsie & The Banshees - The Killing Jar
1990s
Judas Priest - Painkiller
Lush - De-Luxe
Nirvana - Drain You
Pearl Jam - Alive
Alice in Chains - Would?
Social Distortion - I Was Wrong
The Smashing Pumpkins - Today
Soundgarden - Spoonman
Weezer - Buddy Holly
The Offspring - Come Out and Play
Foo Fighters - Everlong
Nine Inch Nails - The Perfect Drug
Blink 182 - What's My Age Again
Lit - My Own Worst Enemy
Mighty, Mighty Boss Tones - Where'd You Go?
2000s
3 Doors Down - Kryptonite
System of a Down - Chop Suey
Jimmy Eat World - The Middle
Tenacious D - Rock Your Socks
Audioslave - Gasoline
Lamb of God - Laid to Rest
Modest Mouse - Float On
The Killers - Mr. Brightside
AFI - Miss Murder
All- American Rejects - Move Along
Lacuna Coil - Our Truth
Queens of the Stone Age - 3's & 7's
Freezepop - Less Talk More Rockk
Black Tide - Show Me the Way
This is, of course, all still a rumor, and there's that 360 logo that, according to the poster, is a custom gameboot. But the list itself sounds like what we've seen before.

Thanks to nintendomax for a good find.
Jeff lait has released a new version of powder the rogue clone:
A long delay can only mean one thing. A long delay. The feature I most look forward to is the highlights for unique monsters and artifacts. Hopefully this increases the coolness associated with encountering them.
Further Makefile clean up, using $(RM) and other niceties. (Zasenko Sergey)
Applied WinCE compatibility patches. (Ilya Kasnacheev)
Ibson the Grey's tileset is now built into the SDL builds of POWDER rather than requiring you to use the From Disk... option. (It is not in the DS, GBA, WINCE versions)
Unique monsters have a ! badge to distinguish them before you engate in battle. (Andreas Bohm)
When fully charged spells will get a yellow glow so you can tell 99% charge from fully ready.
Tameness should no longer expire while you still live. (Tobias Pierce)
Tame creatures whose masters die will go wild after five turns and be also confused. You now have a good reason to go after the leaders of rooms first.
Kobold Assassins can inflict bleeding wounds, as was always intended. (Tobias Pierce)
Radius of the burst when bottles break is dependent on curse/blessed status.
Poisoned smoke potions are more useful. (Tobias Pierce)
Smashing potions will interact with existing smoke. (CYBER_Aeon)
Tridude on the keyboard is now a proper tridude. (Bunnyriffic)
Artifacts have an overlay to distinguish them and are always above mundane items in piles (Stefan O'Rear)
New POWDER icon thanks to Sam Goldfield!
Crash when you load the game on a level with more than 32 active smoke tiles fixed. (Lawrence T. Levine)
Iron Golems and Stone Golems have the proper second attack, and hence hit much harder. (Nicholas Young)
Spells and skills are listed even if you are amnesic in character dumps. (Meddyan)
Vampire bats should ignore bloodless targets. (CYBER_Aeon)
Vampire bats gain food when they suck blood. (Tobias Pierce)
Creatures will be more careful in what they eat, especially familiars. (Tobias Pierce)
Being poisoned by something more powerful will properly clear the weaker poison.

New from SuccessHK
Last year's ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin' Trails was the PlayStation Portable debut of Sony's long-running arcade dirt racing series. The next game in the handheld series, ATV Offroad Fury Pro, is set for release later this year and, while it will have some gameplay hooks that will tie it to ATV Offroad Fury 4 for the PlayStation 2, the developers at SCEA are working to make sure Offroad Fury Pro stands on its own as a fast, dirty, and fun racer. We got a chance to see the game in action for the first time since E3 at a recent Sony press event.

Way back in the distant memory known as Tokyo Game Show 2008 Tecmo introduced Quantum Theory, a Gears of War style FPS, and Undead Knights, a game that has players convert enemies into allied zombies. According to their E3 line up, Tecmo USA plans to publish both games.
Undead Knights will come out on the PSP this fall. Quantum Theory, now simply called Quantum, will ship on the PS3 next year. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 (PS3) and Family Fun Football, Tecmo’s only announced Wii game, will also be at their booth. Sorry, if you were hoping for Fatal Frame IV. Tecmo also has three mysterious downloadable games: a puzzle game, a sports game, and a music + 2D platformer. None of these sound like 3-2-1 Rattle Battle, which was sort of announced.

It looks like SNK is already preparing to outfit King of Fighters XII with DLC. The upcoming fighting game will have additional purchased content available on the Xbox Live Marketplace (as uncovered by Siliconera) and, presumably, on PSN as well. What that content is exactly, we don't know just yet; however, we assume this means more costumes and game modes a la Street Fighter IV. Maybe it means more characters ... like all the ones missing from the roster screen.
In addition to DLC, KoF XII has console-specific online modes. The PS3 version features a "Clan" mode which is not found on the 360 version (check out the image above); however, the 360 version has a "Ranked Match" option while the PS3 version does not. Hmm ... you don't think SNK would charge for these modes as paid DLC now, would it?

Press release:
Are you ready to be part of the social gaming phenomenon that’s gripping Japan?
The Monster Hunter world is always changing and you will need to be ready for anything - but killing and trapping monsters will always be most important part of your duty.
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is the biggest game of the series so far, letting you adventure with up to three friends through over 500 hours of gameplay. In MHFU you can battle previously unseen monsters in new environments, not to mention the many new weapons and armour sets available.
From devising the strategy to executing the attack, team play with your friends is going to be key to hunting down the ferocious beasts. MHFU rewards considered tactics and well-executed combat sequences so plan and work together and you will prosper.
You should always welcome new hunters so you can learn from each other’s experiences and grow together into masters. In MHFU you can even form your own guilds with your most respected hunting partners in order to seek glory in the Monster Hunter world.
You can now employ a fully customisable AI Felyne partner to join you on quests. These Felyne helpers will help you in battle and gather extra resources for you too. PSP owners can even share their companions with other players through ‘Felyne casting’ and it’s a simple as transferring the data while your PSP is in sleep mode.
There are more PSP advantages too. You can decrease your loading times by running the game from a Memory Stick and the UMD at the same time (requires at least 580MB). And most importantly for you seasoned hunters you can transfer saved game data from MHF2
Hunters take note; even though MHFU comes packed with new quests, weapons and more, other new content will also be added after release via download.

News/release from browncoat
Hi!
I wrote an unpacker/packer program for eboot-files in Python, because the available programs don't run on my Linux system.
This is the first release which only supports unpacking and packing eboot-files, coming releases will also support editing of param.sfo files and unpacking/packing of PSX data.psar-files, so you will be able to edit the metadata of homebrew/psx games and extract and change the iso and bootimage of converted PSX games.
To run it you need Python (version 2.5 or 2.6; 3.x is not backwards compatible) installed and in your path, for more details on how to run it, read readme.txt.
It is a command-line-only, program but I included batch files for Windows that simplify the usage (but you still have to open a "DOS window" and run the programs from the command line), I hope users of other OSes will be familiar with the command line interface.
If you have questions or bug reports, please feel free to reply in this thread.
Btw, I plan on adding a (text-based) user interface (and maybe later even a GUI), so if you really can't be bothered to run a program on the command line, have a little patience.

Vogster Entertainment, an international innovator in video game design and content, today announced that UNBOUND SAGA, the eagerly awaited arcade-style brawler for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) system, will be available this July exclusively via digital download on the PlayStation Network. Beginning July 16, 2009, players can punch and clobber their way through UNBOUND SAGA's comic book inspired action at home or while on the go.
"Bringing UNBOUND SAGA to PSP system owners through the convenience of the PlayStation Network is an ideal way to deliver the game to the widest possible audience," said Mario Kroll, Director of Marketing at Vogster. "In fact, we expect to see a growing trend where highly anticipated releases such as UNBOUND SAGA will bypass the UMD format and the often challenging retail environment, being instead delivered directly to consumers. It certainly is a 'win' for both content producers and gamers alike --- it avoids an unpopular delivery medium and costly manufacturing, while improving the timing and availability of great content to consumers when they demand it."
The UNBOUND SAGA video game is based on Dark Horse's comic book of the same name and follows the adventures of self-aware comic book tough guy Rick Ajax, as he battles the constant and cataclysmic threats that are put in his path by the god-like entity known as 'The Maker'. With cover art by illustration icon, Joe Linsner (Cry for Dawn, Dark Ivory) original story by comic book veteran Mike Kennedy (Star Wars, Superman, Alien vs Predator) and art by fan-favorite Cliff Richards (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Wonder Woman, The New Thunderbolts), UNBOUND SAGA combines comic book action with button throttling gameplay that leads players through level after level of imaginative landscapes and bizarre foes.
