Well I've been wanting to do a public beta for Resonate for a while. So here it is. But the main level is challenging and overall it is looking pretty good. What I really need is some good user levels and to finish the options in the online menu.
Download game with game and level editor source for custom firmwares
Download level editor for Windows
Level editor video tutorial:
I'm looking for suggestions to consider, and of course people to be level editors to make new levels.
Here is a screenshot:

You can execute all homebrew in a fat or slim by the custom homebrew links.
You can use DC 3, 4 and 5.
You can make backups of the EEROM, NAND, Keys, IPLs, and NAND backups are compatible with DC series and viceversa.
You can access to all flash disks (only fat) and Memory Stick disk (fat and slim).
You can format any flash.
You can run Time Machine.
You can pandorize or de-pandorize your battery, install MsIPL or install Multi_Loader.
Ah, to use DC, you have to use the corresponding PBP's for each version.

Carjack a vehicle and call your favorite escort, it's time for the GTA IV reviews to start flowing in. The embargo on non "exclusive reviews" is over and media outlets are chiming in with initially glowing reviews. Here are some of the first we've seen and we'll add some more after the break.
GameInformer (100/100): "There so much more to appreciate about this game. Its dynamic mission structuring, remarkable sound design, wealth of side content, amazing animation, the list goes on and on. Long story short, I never thought I would see this much content in a game. Grand Theft Auto IV doesn't just raise the bar for the storied franchise; it completely changes the landscape of gaming. Once you play it, you won't look at video games the same way again."
GameDaily (100/100): "Finally, the wait for a true GTA multiplayer experience was well worth it, and the online game modes (mostly variations on deathmatches, car races, car races and self-contained co-op missions) add a lot of value to an already jam-packed game. Multiplayer is not as integral part of the game as it was to, say, Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4, but the ability to play over the entire city map is brilliant. Online matches are accessed right from the game via the call phone, and we'll have a more in-depth take on the game's multiplayer offerings once the game is released and the servers are fully populated."
GameTrailers (98/100): "Grand Theft Auto IV is the sex, drugs, and rock and roll of video games. It's a little less brave and intimidating this time around, but it's also the most refined and polished game in the franchise's history. This kind of sheen is generally reserved for titles with a much smaller scope. It's been one of the marquis games in the industry for years and the addition of a killer multiplayer component puts it over the top. Few games manage to deliver on the hype, but this is one that does."
Eurogamer (100/100): "GTA IV is the 10/10 you were expecting. Almost everything you do in Liberty City would be good enough to drive its own game, and the best parts would be good enough to outrun the competition, but the reason it works so well is that Rockstar has made a game that requires no patience to play. This, as much as its usual coherency and the best script in the series, is what makes GTA IV the best openworld game yet, and why it will take something miraculous to rob it of game of the year status."
Gamespy (100/100): "To be totally honest, it would be very easy to write another 2000-odd words on this game, as we haven't even delved into the hours of television you can watch, the amazingly detailed virtual Internet, the strip clubs that you can visit, the ultra-realistic vehicle physics, and so on. Suffice it to say that Grand Theft Auto IV is a game that could keep anyone busy for a long, long time. Although its got plenty of excellent features, it's ultimately the storytelling that makes it an instant classic, a game unlike any we've played before. As is the case with many great books and movies, you'll want to know what happens to the characters after the game ends, and one can't help hoping that all of their American Dreams comes true."

Thanks to Ketchup, pulled through for us and made the kernel finally.
Caution: Do not install the recovery in A 3.93 PSP with has Custom Firmware 3.90 M33
The update suggested low allows, on the one hand to install Kernel 1.50 for the PSP Fat, and on the other hand, to add two small options in the recovery for Slim and the Conceited person The updated proposed lowest permits, one the one hand to install the Kernel 1.50 for PSP Fat, and secondly, to add two options in the small recovery for Slim and Fat. Update of the recovery:
Update recovery:
The new recovery will bring two new functions, required by the users: The new recovery will cuts two new functions requested by users: - To extinguish the PSP -- Turn off the PSP - To put in day before the PSP -- Pause PSP Thus, by opening the VSH Recovery, you will be able of only one key (or almost) to extinguish, put in day before or to start again the PSP, saving your Power button. Thus, by opening the VSH Recovery, you edge one touch (gold almost) off, pause gold restart the PSP, saving your Power short prop.
Kernel 1.50 Kernel
1.50 Kernel 1.50 will be however installed only on the PSP Fat. The Kernel 1.50 not move one the PSP Fat. Two small remarks: Two small remarks, however: - even if you put your applications 1.50 in file GAME150, it is necessary to put Kernel at 1.50 in the recovery (in the same way, to launch a 3xx application, it is necessary to put the kernel 3.93). -- Even yew you could your applications 1.50 in the box GAME150, it is necessary to save the Kernel to 1.50 in the recovery (similarly, to launch year 3xx application, we must could the kernel 3.93). - if you change the kernel in the VSH Recovery, it will be necessary to start again your PSP. -- Yew you changes the kernel in the VSH Recovery, it will Be necessary to restart your PSP. These problems will be, hope, corrected it in the next version.
These problems will, hopefully, corrected in the next version.

via PSO-World
According to EspioKaos's translations of Shougai PSO and Rakuten, Phantasy Star Portable is scheduled to be released on July 31, 2008. These websites make reference to some tenative plans to include some form of integration with the PC/Playstation 2 version of Ambition of the Illuminus. This might include the ability to download various online character information. However, there is no definitve confirmation of this feature yet. In spite of this uncertainty, the following concrete details were announced:
* Special Mission - This mission will be released on Ambition of the Illuminus and Phantasy Star Portable to celebrate the game's release.
* 1500 Items - This will include weapons from Phantasy Star Universe and Ambition of the Illuminus.
* Multiple Endings - The ending you receive will depend on the choices you make while going through Story Mode.
* Downloadable Missions

Ketchup has today released PSP Custom Firmware 3.93 supporting of course the latest 3.93 Firmware, heres the fully translation of the info:
The Custom Firmware based on the 3.93 firmware, has no name. Why? Simply because it is based on the work of the Team M33, while adding its own functions, changes. It would have been unfair to call BT 3.93 (Bidule Truc), and obviously inconceivable to call 3.93 M33. He is therefore no name ... But it is a Custom Firmware!
What's new doctor?
Support Firmware 3.93
Adding a VSH Recovery in place of the Satellite M33 (Select key, see below).
VSH Recovery
The main novelty of this Custom Firmware is the VSH Recovery. This tool is great in itself. It lets you instantly Recovery, to make changes, and return to VSH as if nothing had happened.
No reboot is necessary, changes are made "on the fly" (except for enabling / disabling of VSH.TXT plugins, which requires a reboot).
To start the VSH Recovery from VSH, simply press Select. To leave, choose Exit to VSH or press R.
New this VSH Recovery (valid also for the recovery classical)
Ability to transform a Pandora Battery / Normal / Dumper EEPROM / restore from the recovery. Remember that if you're TA 085 v2, it will obviously nothing.
Ability to hide your Mac Address in Information Systems. This is useful for taking screenshots, it will hide the MAC address in displaying that 0 (* 1)
Possibility to save backups to plain text, rather than encrypted (supported by modes March33 and Sony NP9960).
(* 1) Warning. To change the MAC address, it is necessary that the plugin Sysconf is loaded. For that, go to your settings systems (for example), it will load the plug-in, and thus will enable or not the MAC protection. If you do not, it will not work (but will not plant the PSP).
Thanks:
Dark_AleX and M33 Team, for all their FC
Hellcat, for its plug-in Saveplain, which has been upgraded and integrated into this FC.
Thanks to MathieuLH for having given its agreement in principle for the release of this FC
Installation:
Download the update below:

chrisp6825 has updated his lua game reverb:
Ok, I made the squares into circles, included bombs, designed 5 levels, and cleaned the code up a bit to run a little faster. Maybe not noticeable on the psp but when I tested it on pc I had major slow-downs.
When you hit a bomb your ball is reset, stars come out where your ball "died", and it keeps the white line thats drawn where your ball goes.
The only reason I made just 5 levels is because I haven't made something I was planning on doing yet. I want to make "one-way walls" that should make the game a bit harder. After the first 5 levels the levels go back to being random, without bombs though.
If anyone has any ideas to make this game more "polished" or cleaner please let me know. Or if anyone has ideas for the game in general, I'd still like to know. I'm thinking about some kind of background, some floating rings effect around the finish ball.
The collisions are a bit lame, but I saw a post some time ago about fast "pixel perfect" collisions. So I might work on that.
Controls are the same :
Cross grabs blocks, start releases the ball, select quits, circle resets the level, square deletes the block under the cursor, L trigger slows down the analog movement. And I think thats all.

News/release from Durka Durka Mahn
i have made a new game called Ausbruch (German for Breakout), a game much like the original Breakout games, but with great graphics and its own level editor.
There are 3 options:
1 - Play Normal Game
2 - Play Custom Game
3 - Level Editor
Playing the normal game will put you through a series of 9 stages, each different from one another. The rules are simple: Break the bricks above your bumper while keeping the ball from falling. You have 5 lives, each time you lose the ball you will lose one. Game over if you lose all 5! Each brick is worth 100 points, and each stage worth a bonus 5,000 once completed. Depending on where the ball hits the bumper, the angle at which it goes will change.
The second and third options correspond to each other. The Level Editor will allow you to create, save, and load custom levels so that you may share and play them with your friends. The custom level player will allow you to load the levels off your memory stick and play them.
Controls-
Normal Game:
Move Bumper - D-Pad Left/Right, Analog Left/Right, or Left/Right Trigger
Shoot Ball - X button, Analog Up, or Left + Right Trigger
Pause - Start Button
Exit - Select Button (While in pause menu)
Custom Game:
Move Bumper/Choose Map- D-Pad Left/Right, Analog Left/Right, or Left/Right Trigger
Shoot Ball/Play Map - X button, Analog Up, or Left + Right Trigger
Pause - Start Button
Exit to Level Loader- Select Button (While in pause menu)
Exit to Main Menu - Select Button (While in Level Loader menu)
Level Editor:
D-Pad - Move Cursor Up/Down/Left/Right (Choose map using Left/Right and hit X)
Toggle brick - X button
Save Map - Start
Close Map without Saving - Select
Exit to Main Menu - Select (While in level picker)

Is it too early to say that we're beginning to see a pattern develop here? We know that a mere handful of reviews for Rockstar's latest opus have been published, but should the current trend continue, Grand Theft Auto IV could be the subject of more perfect scores than 1976 Olympic gymnast Nadia Comaneci. Yes, IGN recently dropped the suspiciously non-embargoed first online review for the title, giving it a 10 out of 10 (on both platforms) and evoking the wrath of the Nintendo Defense Force, calling GTA IV "the best game since Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time."
The seven-page, five-thousand word review (and accompanying video review, after the jump) praises the game's art style, the immersive backdrop of Liberty City, the "Oscar quality" story and the "refined" gameplay. The enamored reviewer even commends some of the quirky extra features included by Rockstar, such as Niko's multipuropse cellphone, or the in-game use of alcohol: "You don't have to drive drunk," the reviewer exclaims, "but it's fun to give it a try." Great, now we can look forward to public backlash towards the game's DUI-endorsing write-ups, as well.
