LucasArts is bringing whip-cracking Indiana Jones adventures to PSP, if a listing on the website for ESRB is anything the go by.
The ratings body has "Indiana Jones 2008" listed for Sony's handheld.
There's no further information on the game but it's speculated that it's a handheld version of LucasArts' new PS3 and Xbox 360 Indiana Jones game it has in development.
LucasArts' new console Indy title uses euphoria technology, which imbues in-game characters with more 'natural' behaviour. It not only adds an extra layer of authenticity to proceedings but additionally, because it all works in real-time, we'll never see the same behaviour or action or reaction from an NPC twice. Or that's the idea anyway.

Nataku92 has posted an entry into Neoflash Coding Comp:
The first version of a game largely inspired by line rider. Although there's no way to "win" the game, the point is to try and create interesting and fun patterns of lines for a blob to ride through.
-Controls-
ANALOG STICK - move cursor
CROSS - draw/select
START - open/close menu
DIR PAD - navigate menu
R AND L TRIGGERS - zoom in and out (respectively)
-Menu-
Play - starts the blob rolling
Stop - Stop and reset the blob
Save/Load - Not implemented yet
Trash - Clear everything
This was a really small entry I decided to do on the last weekend since I wasn't able to finish my other project. It's pretty incomplete at the moment, but I hope it provides at least a bit of entertainment
Comments and suggestions would be great!

Mr305 has posted an entry into the Neoflash Coding Comp:
The concept is very simple, You enter the variables, It does PAGES, trust me, PAGES of work automatically for you. It is of help for any student between 3th Grade to University level CALCULUS and other highlevel math and Physics.
Here I present my first application/ my first EBOOT.PBP form homebrew. It's coded in C.
It WILL also features an Inbuilt Calculator [similar to handheld ones].
This application has been created with PORTABILITY kept strictly in mind.
PSP isn't fit for sluggish painting, there's DS for that...
But PSP can be an effective tool if used for Math/Physics/Calculus/Geometry.
The Proprietary Rapid InpSP™ System:
There's no need for juggling with one's place or tenths place or hundreths place or so on... The rate of inputting number is VERY VERY fast.

Here is a very basic implementation of cooleyes' PSP Media Engine mp3 player.
It has no file browser yet, and does not support mp3s with ID tags.
A lot of work has to be done to implement it properly.
I might not have much more time to spend on this program with
a possible job coming my way.
Download Time Baby V6 from Sendspace:

Straight from my blog:
I finally finished PSP Tower Defense; yay!
What it has:
-Menu with instructions, credits, level select, level deleter (in case you made one you don't like) and level maker
-menu background is a slideshow of screenshots
-an on-psp complete GUI level maker. basically ev. a. ree. thing. is customizable ; the path the creeps (guys you shoot at) take, what kind of creeps there are, how much health they have, how fast they move, how much money they're worth, how many of them come, how fast they come, what kinds of turrets there are, how much damage they do, how fast they shoot, how far they shoot, how much they cost, how many waves of creeps there are, what creeps each wave has, how many lives you have, how long between waves, how much money you start with, and just in case you've customized it all a little too much, it has a nuke button too.
-money which is spent on turrets and upgrading them
-turrets can be sold; when sold they give half back
-turrets can be upgraded to increase how much damage they do
-turrets have circles around them showing how far they can shoot
-creeps have health bars over their heads showing how much health they have left
-info about the current wave is displayed at the bottom, info about the selected turret/turret to build is shown on the right side
-turrets by default shoot at the creep that has been onscreen the longest, usually also meaning the one closest to the exit
-the next wave can be sent early
-did I mention everything is customizable?
-simple to the point instructions
-has many common things for any tower defense game
Screenshots:
Gameplay:
A shuriken gun shooting at a creep:
A sniper turret finishing off a boss:
The levelmaker (with a path drawn):
If anybody makes some good levels and wants me to include them in the next release, email me the level's txt file (from the maps folder) and any custom images it uses and I'll check it out and possibly include it.
If you enjoy the game please vote for PSP Tower Defense in the Neoflash summer coding competition.
Be sure to check the included readme for (a lot) more info.
The download is kxploited so if you have 1.50 kernel just drop both parts in GAME, otherwise drop both parts in GAME150.

NephilimNX has posted a new version of his ThemePlus app for the PSP, heres the details:
ThemePlus! changes your wallpaper randomly everytime your PSP boots up, restarts, and/or exits from the game or homebrew. It automatically changes on intervals of Always, Daily, Hourly, Monthly, and Yearly.
ThemePlus! v1.21 Stable Version
- Modified how Daily, Monthly, and Yearly intervals work
* Daily - Wallpaper now changes the next day the PSP boots up, restarts, or exited from game regardless of time
* Monthly - Wallpaper now changes the next month the PSP boots up, restarts, or exited from game regardless of day or time
* Yearly - Wallpaper now changes the next year the PSP boots up, restarts, or exited from game regardless of day, month, or time
- Fixed timezone bug. There will be a slight delay increased when wallpaper is changed for the sake of timezone. Other than that, same performance when the wallpaper will not be changed
- Updated config.ini. This is a problem in v1.2.
- New 'ms0:/seplugins/themeplus/themeplus.dat' file is created everytime the psp changes wallpaper. Deleting it will reset the checkpoint that will be basis for date compare.
V1.2 was rushed last night and I was too sleepy to beta tests all the functions. All unseen bugs are now fixed in this version. Sorry for the inconvenience.

DaveX has released a new version of his Unnofficial version of NesterJ the Nes emulator for the PSP, heres the release details:
This updated version of Unofficial NesterJ RM does 3 things:
1) Corrects the crashes on ROM changing in previous version.
2) Allows you configure rewind parameters in the new "Rewind" menu.
3) Adds a new screen mode: "rotated mode".
What is "rotated mode"?, well, while I was trying to figure out how to do mirror mode, I accidentally discovered a way to rotate the screen 180º. This mode forces you to rotate physically your PSP also,
resulting in having the directional pad on your right side, and action buttons in your left side.
So, if you have ever wondering how does it feel having the direction pad on the right side, this is your chance to try it. By the way, in this mode directional controls are automatically updated, so you don't have to worry about which one is left, right, up or down.
