Its been a long while and i love it when we get some decent homebrew and emulators to try out, heres a new test release for Snes Emulation lovers on the PSP, heres the full details from knuckles84:
Ok, because there is no complete Ruka source to make a 3xx port, so ChillyWilly had only make a very good port of the original 0.4.2Me version
but he won't give this emu to much time because he is making a port of the verion 1.51 snes9x, what would be very great.
So i have decide do make experiment to add some code from Ruka to the source of ChillyWilly.
Her is my first experiment version, i was able to add the diff2 and diff3 from Ruka, what must improve the emu a little. I name it uo_snes9x test0
Personal Test's i have done, tell me that my version improve same games a little. So i hope that you test it to and give me you reports.
I will try to add more, but it is hard because there are a lot of diffs not available, the most the first diff's (and perhaps the important)
The credits must go to:
-the original snes9x developer
-tyl who made the basis version
-Ruka who made the improvements after tyl
-and specialy to ChillyWilly who made the source for the ME port to the 3xx kernel

News from Neoflash
LocoRoco Motion Plugin v0.99
--------------------------
Update.
Requirements:
-------------
1) Neo Motion Kit
2) CFW atleast v3.71 - due to NID compatibility.
Changelog:
----------
1) Added audio Fix; Audio works perfectly along with motion for perfect LocoRoco game experience.
Thanks to ps2dev members.
2) Added a check, wherein the plugin self-terminates with a message, if Motion Kit is unplugged or not plugged in
before the game begins or due to failure in initialization; hence if anything fails, you can still
play the game unlike previous version which caused "unusably sluggish behaviour".
3) Added a Jump function but something isn't right. Tilt forward and then backward.
[This will most probably be removed in next version if I can't figure out the problem]
4) Substantially improved chances of succesfull initialization. Failure rate - 1 in 10 times.
5) Reduced CPU usage - removed unused stuff / Z axis reading / other calculations
Additional Notes:
-----------------
1) After muting and disabling by using Note button, audio doesn't re-enable, Press Vol Up or Down.
2) You'll see a slight delay when you change the volume -- it's normal.
Upcoming:
---------
Analog Motion Mapper for Mercury Meltdown / any 3d game.
Any suggestions for improvement welcome. Enjoy.
Note: Put "REAL USER" in your post let me know you have actually tried this. Also Video showing new version in action coming soon.

Polyphony Digital's Christmas gift to Gran Turismo 5 Prologue players (the game is out in Japan, in case you weren't aware) arrived around noon on Christmas Day in the form of an update enabling online play.
The first thing you'll notice after agreeing to one of those online end user agreement things that nobody actually reads are changes to the GT5 Prologue menus. The game now includes options for "Online" and "Ranking."
"Ranking," is just what the name suggests: an online ranking viewer. You can filter rankings by track, car type, tire type, and even physics mode (standard or professional). The game lets you view and save replays for the top racers on each track.
The real meat of the update is in the Online mode. Select this option and you're taken to a race selection screen. On this first day of online play, the game has just four live race events against other racers and four time trials where you attempt to beat other players' best times.
Once all opponents are found, the game jumps into the race. Well, almost. While load times aren't a problem in offline play, they sure are in online play. We discovered waits of over two minutes to start up a race. Hopefully this is something that will be fixed with future optimizations.
Aside from the long load times, we found our first few online races to be smooth, with no lag issues. Best of all, the game is super quick about getting you back into the online menu screen after a race so that you can select another event.

Hello everybody!
Merry Christmas!
The Unofficial piKey team have just released "Unofficial piKey 0.4 Pre Release".
Incase you are wondering why this is a "Pre Release", is because we've decided not to put 3.71 support in. The reason for this is because we wish to wait for 3.80 M33 to come out so we can kill two birds with one stone and get both supported rather than one! It looks like some may be to downgrade bak down. The recomended firmware for this is 3.52 M33 - 4!
Here is the changelog:
- The ‘x’ button now inputs the correct letter ‘x’ and not the symbol.
- Compiling bugs have been fixed for developers.
- Dealt with the ‘select’ button issue causing incorrect piKey input in the
“On Screen Keyboard.”
- Added cleaner and improved keymaps such as a working Hama, Palm and
a Targus keymaps. (That way popular IR keyboards work without any key
errors.) Drivers have also been fixed.
- Now and improved installer, documents and instruction files.
- Key repeats are now working. You can hold a key a key and it will automatically repeat. (For Palm users, this isn’t an issue.)
- Built using the latest PSPIRKeyB lib.
- Added the Sprint PDA Keyboard driver.
- There is a message appearing when CAPS/Num/Scroll lock is on.

Now here’s a game that bring back lots of memory for me and another PSOne game I would really want to play on the PSP, Biohazard 2 gets added to the Japanese PlayStation Store today. Another notable addition for me is Popolocrois II, as the PSP remake was actually my first RPG on the system. The rest of the games uploaded are Marie no Atelier Plus, Robin Lloyd no Bouken, BAROQUE, I.Q Intelligent Qube, Crime Crackers 2, Magical Drop and Tantei Jinguji Saburo - Early Collection.

Bandai Namco still hasn't gotten around to announcing a platform for Tales of Vesperia, the new Tales game that was announced at the Jump Festa event this past weekend. But the company did provide a big hint at the game's new website, which now hosts a first trailer clip.
The trailer is available in 720p resolution, indicating that we're looking at an Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 (or possibly both) entry in the series. A look at the cell shaded gameplay footage contained within the trailer all but confirms that this is a next generation entry in the series.
While Bandai Namco did announce that Kousuke Fujishima and Production I.G. would be contributing to the Vesperia Project, the trailer reveals another member of the development staff: Yoshito Higuchi. The director of Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Abyss, Higuchi is serving as producer and chief director on the new game.
Download the trailer for yourself at the Tales of Vesperia official site (click the purple buttons to download the high res version or stream a low res version). Vesperia looks pretty far along, so we're expecting new details, and confirmation of a platform, to follow shortly.

via pcsx2 site:
After more than 4 years working on it in my spare time, and while it still doesn't work as well as peops spu2 or zerospu2, the plugin has finally come to be acceptable enough for public testing.
I have to note the plugin has many known issues in specific games, like looping, robotized or jumpy audio, but in others it does its job more than fine and in a few it even manages to get better results than its competitors.
For now, you can get binary builds for win32 in here.
