SuccessHK has today dropped the price of the new 80GB Playstation 3 down to USD 497.10 (£244)
That is a massive saving over the reduced 60GB price in the UK at £350 and cheaper than the 40GB at £250
All PS3 Games are worldwide Region Free as are most Blueray Films. Buying a HK PS3 will lose PS2/Ps1 compatability but for the price it may be worth it..
SuccessHK do ship worldwide so good news for importers, but make sure you ship airmail and ask for the box to be marked as sample

New from SuccessHK
All-new quickstrike ball-handling - whether you're pushing the ball upcourt or backing down a defender inside, quicker, more responsive ball-handling moves allow you to break down opponents and take complete control of your game.
Own the paint - put the ball in the hands of your best guys and go head-to-head in the lane. With all-new moves and counters, including pump fakes, drop-steps, and spins, post play has never been better.
Use the actual NBA shot tracking data to know who to feed and who to defend. An all-new on-screen overlay shows you exactly where a player is most dangerous.
Every player has a go-to move that they consistently go to when the game is on the line. Now the signature go-to moves of the NBA's best players have been realistically re-created to help you score when it counts. That patented step back jumper? A fadeaway with the big leg kick? If it's in the game, it's in the game.
With its new look and feel, 5-on-5 gameplay has never looked so good. The game features enhanced player spacing and behavior logic in the half-court, upgraded passing and rebounding mechanics, and an all-new two player interaction engine.

News/release from Judas:
Pixelizer is my first public release. The game takes its likeness from the palettes and boards of Animal Crossing. Since there were already so many designs for it, I figured that would be best. The game also take part of its gameplay from Pencil Puzzles. Pencil Puzzles are small puzzles in the back of Tips & Tricks magazine. (Thanks T & T) The object is to fill in squares to form a picture. Well, combining that, with Animal Crossing brings you the addicting game you see here. And yes, there is a coder by the name of Access_Denied who created Pencil Puzzles for the PSP, but in all honesty, the code wasn't that good. (Sorry Access_Denied) His game is what inspired me to make this. Anyway, here's what the game is.
GamePlay
The object is simple. Fill in squares until you get a picture. On the right of the giant grid, you will see a block titled "Current Block". Copy that block's pixels over to the giant grid, following the coordinates indicated by the two 'arrows' to guide you to which box. As you progress, the picture will become more clear, but more confusing at the same time. In this case, look at the preview box to get a smaller, clearer picture of it. When you're done you shall see the beautiful picture. Then, simply take a screenshot, and you're done. Start a new puzzle.
Controls
R-Trigger + L-Trigger -- Change Current Block.
Triangle -- Change from giant grid to color select menu.
Cross -- Assign the highlighted square the current color.
Start -- Take a screenshot. (Saved in ~/Pixelizer/ScreenShots/xxxxx.png)
Select + Circle -- Return to menu to select puzzle.

Resistance: Fall of Man 2 is being "tentatively" prepared for launch next November, relocating the World War II-era alien-bashing action to American locations like San Francisco and Chicago as the Chimera invasion hits US shores. Beats Grimsby and Hull...
Sergeant Nathan Hale, star of the original game, will allegedly return - though not necessarily in the leading role. Multiplayer matches are said to feature vehicles, including three brand new aircraft. Even better, there's a cliffhanger ending that sets up a third title in the series.
A sequel's hardly surprising given Insomniac's history-bending battler was one of PS3's better games at launch, though this infoburst certainly ain't official.
No, it comes courtesy of our new favourite industry tipster, the memorably named Surfer Girl Reviews Star Wars blog.
You may it remember from such revelations such as LA Noire being too big for Xbox 360...

Well, it looks like that CECHG01 model PlayStation 3 wasn't the only one that the FCC got to spend a bit of time with recently, with the hereto unheard of CECHH01 model now also finding its way into a couple of more recent filings with the commission. While we can't say for sure what's what, that model number is certainly more than a tad similar to the recently revealed 40GB CECHH00 model announced for Japan, which would seem to suggest that this one can't be all that different.

Talking as part of an in-depth interview published on Gamasutra today, Kojima Productions' Ryan Payton has revealed that there are over 200 developers working to complete Metal Gear Solid 4 for PlayStation 3, also commenting on the game's use of DualShock 3.
"But the game is definitely under a lot of pressure, because the way things are turning out, this could be the first "must have" PlayStation 3 title on store shelves. Or, if not the first, then the second or the third. So, in that sense, there's a lot relying on it. People at Sony know that, and we've got literally 200 guys working on this title, day and night, making sure that it's perfect."
"This will be the premiere DualShock 3 supporting game coming out within the next six months. Gran Turismo 5 is, I'm sure, going to be impressive, but we've got some things that I can't talk about that people are going to really dig."

The PS3 innards? Fantastic. The outer shell? Hrm. As a straight up piece of hardware, the PS3 is impressive. That glossy dust-collecting Victorian waffle iron-shaped shell isn't. Though! Sony was trying to do something different than you typical game console. Just listen to Sony designer Teiyu Goto explain it:
For PLAYSTATION®3, we employed a curvilinear and glossy surface. This shape and material is rarely used for conventional electronic appliances. It is different from VCRs, DVD players (whose widths are usually 430 mm), or gaming systems. It represents a completely new concept.
There is a reason, you know, that shape and that material aren't used in conventional appliances.
