Get your Japanese PSN accounts ready! There's a new Japan-only demo on the way that we're certain you'll want to download -- if not for your love of RPGs, then for the inevitable system wars bickering that will ensue.
Over in Japan today, Namco Bandai announced a demo for Tales of Vesperia. The PS3 version of last year's Xbox 360 RPG hit will be available for early play on July 13. The game won't hit retail until a distant September 17, so we're sure PS3 and RPG fans alike are pleased with this news.
It's unclear what will be playable, but, as part of this update, Namco Bandai shared a few screens with local media showing off newcomer Patty. It's possible that we'll get a first look at the new character in action.
As far as we know, the Vesperia demo will be downloadable exclusively from the Japanese PlayStation Store, so if you want to see what a Tales game looks like on PS3, be sure get a Japanese account set up.
