Bethesda's long-awaited patches for the console releases of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim have been released.
The updates fix a host of quest-specific issues, and address thePS3 version's crippling framerate problems. PS3 owners are advised to create a manual save and restart their consoles, and Bethesda warns that users may experience "strange in-game behaviour" which it explains is "a normal function of the script backlog temporarily correcting itself."
It appears most issues have been fixed, though there are still some quest-specific complaints on Bethesda's forums, with a few PS3 players claiming framerate lag persists despite the patch.
