PS Vita: Using Custom Bubbles on Firmware 3.50

Even though system software 3.50 has patched the publicly available Custom Bubble method (the one released for FW 3.36), it did not patch some other private Custom Bubble methods

Just to clarify, neither I (the_zett), nor 173210 (this guy: https://twitter.com/173210/status/581...) are to credit for this additional custom bubble hack.

The actual author wishes to stay anonymous, for now
