OpenTTD 0.5.0 final for PSP

FInally the OpenTTD dev team released the 0.5.0 stable version, so here is the psp port supporting all features such as midi, newgrf, multiplayer, on screen keyboard...

Current Changelog

Midi custom playlist and midi player segmentations fixed.
Code updated to 0.5.0 final version.
PSP dedicated servers upgraded to 0.5.0

Some work have been done to merge psp code onto OpenTTD main branch, currently music driver and fileio patch are available at svn.
