The exploits supports every PS Vita firmware, up to 3.12 (3.12 included), and can run a high compatibility VHBL.

The game is "Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyu 2012 Ketteiban" (Japanese: 実況パワフルプロ野球 2012決定版), it costs 4725 Yen (~45€/50$) and was just available in the japanese PSN Store.

This VHBL was made by the developer "173210". This VHBL has pretty high compatibility, since it can run several emulators, PSPFiler, SnesTyl and a lot of other emulators.

This CAN NOT be used to use TN-V at 3.10/3.12. This could be used to use TN-V at 3.01 (and below!).
