Invizimals doubles up for Vita and PS3

Two new Invizimals games are due for release on PS3 and PS Vita by the end of the year, PlayStation Europe has announced.

The Vita edition of the collectible creature game will again apply augmented reality technology - using the handheld's camera to overlay graphics on top of live image. Meanwhile, a standalone PS3 action adventure game, called Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom, will be released at the same time.Invizimals: The Alliance for PS Vita will task players with moving the handheld around to track down hidden creatures. A collection of 150 creatures are there to be found, which in turn can be used to battle against each other.Both games feature Cross-play functionality allowing players to transfer characters between both platforms.
