Amazon is running yet another Vita promotional offer, sending you a free copy of Mortal Kombat as well as a 4GB Memory Card if you buy a PS Vita:

For a limited time, get Mortal Kombat and PS Vita 4GB Memory Card free with the purchase of a qualifying PlayStation Vita system.

This works with both the Wifi and the 3G model, but the offer is, of course, limited in time (although they don’t say how long it’s going to be here, so hurry up!).
