HyT has released a Multi Language Mod for Devhook, heres more info:

I release my DevHook 0.51 and 0.5101 launcher mod, which translates it into Italian, Spanish and French (german still work in progress)

that's the readme:

***DEVHOOK 0.5101 MULTILANGUAGE MOD v0.01 By HyT***

INSTALLATION:
*Install he original DevHook 0.5101
*Copy all the content of MS_ROOT folder into your MemoryStick root
THAT'S ALL!

DONE:
*Menu translated into Italian, French and Spanish
*Autoboot times added
*New CPU/BUS speed implemented
*Added 2.80 and 3.00 firmware
*Corrected sone Booster's translation errors
*Useless stuff removed

TO DO:
*Add German language (by Siggi)
*Correct translation errors (I'm sure i did a lot of mistakes...)
