Presented at publisher Ubisoft’s E3 press conference, Tetsuya Mizuguchi’s Rez-meets-Kinect game may have been one of the best applications of the device. However, it may surprise you to learn that, not only is the game not an Xbox 360 exclusive, it also supports a regular controller.
The confirmation comes via Q Entertainment’s Twitter feed:
And yes, Child of Eden supports Kinect. But it also supports normal controllers, too. So no one will be left out. Available for 360 and PS3.
It makes sense for a revered game designer like Mizuguchi to be multiplatform. On the other hand, however, Child of Eden did look like it would make for an excellent Kinect experience.
