Unreal Engine 4 now available for PS4

Unreal Engine 4 is available for PlayStation 4, Epic Games has confirmed.The UE4 tech was shown running live on PS4 at Sony’s reveal event through Epic’s ‘Elemental’ demo. We’ve also detailed its capabilities in our current issue’s cover feature.“Being on the ground floor of Sony Computer Entertainment’s Tools and Middleware program is part of our long-term commitment to Unreal Engine 4 developers, and we’re excited to help teams ship fantastic new games for PlayStation 4,” said founder and CEO of Epic Tim Sweeney. “Unreal Engine 4 has been built from the ground up to take full advantage of high-end next-generation hardware capabilities.”
