Soul Sacrifice Delta has been rated by the Australian Classification board.
Following the emergence of a European retail listing for the Vitaexclusive action game earlier this week, the Australian classificationstrengthens unconfirmed rumours that the title is scheduled for release outside of Japan. Spanish online retailer Xtralife suggests the title will be available in Europe from May 19, while publisher Sony has yet to respond to CVG's request for comment on the matter.
Soul Sacrifice Delta was announced for Japan in September 2013 by Keiji Inafune, whose studio Comcept co-created the game.
"This is a brand new version [of Soul Sacrifice] with brand new elements and items which gives the unique flavour of Soul Sacrifice," the Mega Man co-creator said at the time.
The game debuted atop the Japanese software chart following its release earlier this month.
The original Soul Sacrifice has garnered a Metascore of 77 based on 71 reviews. OPM said it was "a brilliantly well-structured handheld game, both offline and on, and despite the lack of a traditional hub world it never sacrifices depth for the sake of portability".
