Do you still dress in plaid? If so, MTV Games and Harmonix have the game for you. Over on Pearl Jam's official site, the band is hosting a poll to ask Ten Club members (the band's official fan club) what songs they would like to see in the upcoming live "compilation" Rock Band game. The poll is sponsored by Rhapsody, and would-be voters need only need to listen to their favorite live tracks a bunch of times to get in the votes.
We contacted a Harmonix spokesperson who had this to say:
"Rock Band and Rhapsody are kicking off a new initiative. Beginning today, the expertise of Pearl Jam's "Ten Club" members will be tested as they begin sifting through hundreds of live tracks performed by the band. Ten Club members will spend the next four weeks narrowing the pool of songs to a selection of the top 40 live tracks.
"In early June the project opens up to all Pearl Jam and Rock Band fans through the Rhapsody music service. Fans will have the opportunity to create their ultimate live Pearl Jam set list, culminating with the first-ever fan voted set list for a forthcoming Rock Band project.
"More details will be made available in the coming weeks about how to participate through Rhapsody, voting rules, contest prizing, etc."
