The Jpcsp team have released a new version of their PSP Emulator for Windows, heres whats new:

Rev1183: VUC2I "pseudo-full-scale conversion": it should be>>> 1 and not>> 1 as we
the need to keep as positive integers (unsigned integer)
Rev1182: VI2C.Q and VI2UC.Q as they should be
Rev1181: tiny fix for iaddr and VADDR (3D can fix few bugs).
