Lair's air-bound dragon riding action has captured that part of us that dreams of soaring over clouds and castles on a majestic beast, before swooping to ground and barbecue armies of soldiers in their plate armour like foil-wrapped cocktail sausages.

If you've yet to be captured by PS3's flame-'em-up then hit the movies tab to see a brand new trailer, complete with God of War-style aerial attack.

We've also rounded up a handful of fresh images, with one particularly impressive shot promising epic beast-offs between your winged lizard steed and other giant monsters - in this case, a furry multi-horned bovine-like beast. Bet he roasts well. Lair is set to be a launch game for PS3 next March.
