1. Limit file size...largest tested so far: 13MB. Loading large file would take a bit of time. For 13MB file, it would take around 20 seconds.
2. Limit number of lines to 20,000 lines. Content beyond 20,000 lines will be truncated.
3. Binary file with txt extension is possible.
